  1. I press the netflix button on my sony bravia tv, but when it loads it tells me that my tv needs a sofware update. I press the button to install the new software update it says it will start downloading but then it says there is no new update and sends me back to what i was watching. The problem is it won't let me watch netflix or use any app because it needs an update but there is no update available. Please help
