Seen an MD player in a japanese drama "1 Litre Of Tears", starring Erika Sawajiri
Can't show u the pictures. i think the actor, Asou Haruto was using a Kenwood model.

The MD in PDA seems legit though I doubt it actually exists. :-)
Thats an MD DATA Writer and Sony MD DATA BOOK , (w/keyboard ) there are a buttload of them in Hardoff over here

I bouht this DVD ''Live From Abbey Road'' and theres an interview with David Gilmour, he says he has been recording himself with a minidisc recorder for the last 5 or 6 years.

That is the MZ-R37. It's full metal body and overall sleek look may have been the reason the producers decided to include it in the movie
