Hello,

I am using sony vaio VPCCW1BGN model. recently my laptop was infected by malwares and I used different anti-spywares to clean my system. After all these process my "personal safe" icon in the my computer disappeared. I am able to locate the file .swp in the "protector suite" of C:\.../appData/Roaming/Protector suite.

any suggestions to enable the personal safe will be appreciated.
