I have a LED Sony KDL-40EX725 and a BluRay Sony Bdp-s580 and I can not see the movie SALT with movieIQ because it said that I have enough space to load movieIQ.
I have plugged a pendrive of 32gb and it is empty
I do not know what to do
Please help!
