You should be able to find drivers for most things, but knowing Sony, some devices may not have drivers, rendering them useless (eg: webcam or USB3.0 ports). XP should definitely install and boot, all of your primary "standard" devices should work without issue but I suggest you do a thorough driver search in advance if you expect to access every piece of hardware on the machine ...
