hi, my ex90 is 2 month old. and its already busted. idk y, but the left ear isnt as loud as the right ear. but they both produce really good sound if ou put on the left - right volume balancer.
anyways, i bought this brand new on ebay. not refurbished. it was sealed in retail package. now i was wondering if i can get sony to cover this. i threw away the original package, cuz i didnt know the serial number would be any help b4.
anyone know if sony can cover this?

You definitely need some proof of purchase e.g invoice.

If you paid by Paypal, then print out the invoice and the item description (which proves they were new when you bought them).
I see no reason at all why Sony shouldn't fix them.
