Hey there,
I'm just trying to do a little research here for my sister, who got the Sony MD 505 for Christmas, but is now realizing that it's not what she is looking for...
She is a professional flute player, looking for a mini-disc player that she can record to live, then transfer the recordings to a computer so that she can make a regular CD to send away for her auditions.
I know the one she has now is not what she is looking for, but I am having a hard time finding information on what players are able to transfer back to a computer.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what players would be good for her, or even another product that would make this possible?

No MD can transfer files back to the computer at faster than real time, unfortunately..
Does she have any trouble recording to the MD? Like.. Is she using a pre amp?
If she is, then I think the nomad jukebox 3 has a line in, which would also work. I don't know much more about the jukebox though, i'm an MD guy
