It records with atrac 256 kbps; 128 kbps(Default setting) and 64 kbps. It also records with Linear-PCM 1,411 kbps. You can also transfer the tracks onto SonicStage to keep.

oh its in atrac format hmm so i guess no way to convert to mp3 format?

is it recorded in atrac highest bitrate or a mp3
and after u record and u transfer to your PC and store and make dupe copy of it?

but i i will still support sony audio due to i love it

i dont like the e00 series doh
just 1 lines of display
but its inner SQ is notbad too even its smaller then its older model like e500 or e600 series
i still think is a class on its own

3hrs is too long doh
even on my old sony E series with USB1.1 wont takes 3hrs
best u encode it on lower bitrate or get a USB2.0 port
