Thanks... N-Track works pretty good for me now. But I am looking for something to put some distance between myself and my computer when I record. The room the computer is in sucks out my creativity... I want to do some recording in other places and don't want to be attached to my computer in any way.

Well, I've pretty much narrowed it down to the Sony MX-N10. I am looking to use this unit to record some jamming and song ideas whether its me by myself with my guitar, or playing with a few friends. What I would like to do is plug my vocal mic (Shure SM58) into the 'Line Input' jack and my instrument mic (Shure SM57) into the 'mic' jack. Can these two inputs operate at the same time? After I do record something, can I export it as a .wav file to my PC's multi track mixer (N-track) to combine with other files I've either recorded directly into my PC or already imported from my MD?
