i thought it was just connect a cable from the headphones output to the soundcard on the pc (or something like that)

you think ill actually have to buy a device?

theres no simple, easy way to do it??

im not too worried about digital or analog quality.

i basically just wanna get it on the pc... so i burn to cd and let my band mates hear all the fucked up shit they are doing haha.

i got that down. installed sonicstage. i use that. though i might swithc to real one.

but i need to put my recorded songs, from band rehearsals... that i recorded on the MD... and send that to the PC. then burn some cds.

dont i have to analog it... through the headphone in ?

ive got Sony MZ-NF810. came with USB, optical line, etc.

and i need a step by step guide from someone... to put my recorded band songs onto the PC... so i can burn a cd and distribute to my band mates, loved ones, record execs and hot chicks. 8)
