  1. I'm afraid I don't... I kept all the stuff in a camera case while I was still using it (that's not part of the current sale). BM
  2. *** ITEM IS NOW SOLD *** Greetings all... I have placed my MZ-NH900 Hi-MD recorder for sale on eBay at the link below: Sony MZ-NH900 for sale on eBay This item is in excellent condition, has all the original accessories and is offered for sale with two Hi-MD discs. It was bought back in 2004 and was lightly used, so it is unblemished and was very well cared for. I checked it out before listing it and can attest to the fact that everything is in fine shape and fully functional. Check it out and put in a bid if it looks good to you. I'll ship worldwide. Please leave any questions for me on the eBay page, as I don't check back here very much any more. Thanks for your attention, BM
  3. Jadeclaw, when you say to "stay away from Memorex", do you mean their recordable CDs? Or do they make minidisc blanks as well? BM
  4. Is it just me, or does the display on the MZ-NH900 suck? When I tilt it back and forth, I see a kind of rainbow-coloured smeary surface. It's nearly impossible to see the display under any lighting conditions because of this. At first I thought that the display was covered by that clear plastic film that often shields electronic displays during shipping. But picking at the corner to see if I could peel this back only proves that there was no such film in the first place. Cleaning it doesn't do anything either. Why is it that my wristwatch, which also has an LCD display, is easily viewable, while the NH900 display isn't? I really like my unit, but this is annoying. Do others find this with their NH900s as well?
  5. Folks... a newcomer here who has lurked in the forums for a while before taking the plunge and buying a Hi-MD unit recently. Hats off to you all for working together to overcome the problems with uploading your own personal recordings: the main reason I wanted an MD unit but avoided buying one up to now. Seems to me like a few weeks ago johann has asked the $64,000 question: I've had my unit only for 2 days, so I'm still fiddling around with it, but what have people discovered in this regard? Can we safely try uploading the fast way, with deletion switched off, to fall back on the Total Record method in case SonicStage chokes? Or do tracks sometimes get damaged even if the deletion option is unchecked? I'm happy to stick with the slow but safe method, if that's the recommendation.
