SonicStage 3.2 is definitely looking for the album art on previously assigned "location of imported/converted files." Therefore the album art is missing. I am not sure how you can rectify this issue. Possible solution: 1) reassign the location of imported/converted files to the new location 2) check the x:\xx\Fringe folder - this is where SonicStage store album art.

Yes, that is correct. Sony does not sell the color matching RM-MC35ELK (for the Japanese MZ-RH10) remote separately.

Sony MD Walkman MZ-E900 Pictorial
Ishiyoshi replied to Ishiyoshi's topic in Product Reviews/Pictorials
I would recommend the RM-MC35ELK as a replacement remote for the MZ-E900. Nowadays, you can acquire the RM-MC35ELK for less than USD$30.00 at eBay. For further information regarding the remote, please review MDCF's Sony LCD Remote Guide. -
Exclusive ATRACLife NW-A3000 + NW-A1000 Review
Ishiyoshi replied to Christopher's topic in Product Reviews/Pictorials
The best way I can describe "Artist Link" is that this new feature enables music navigation within a layout classified with artist initials in up/down/right/left direction as opposed to the conventional method: which limits search to a long list of up and down direction. And to expand on the NW-A3000/1000's search method: users can search by Artist, Album, Song, Playlist, Genre, Play history*, Release date, Recent transfers, Favorite 100 and Ratings. *Note: Play history information is updated upon connection with CONNECT Player. -
Exclusive ATRACLife NW-A3000 + NW-A1000 Review

Let's keep the thread to topic. If you wish to review the Sony Ericsson Walkman Phone thread: click here. -
It's plausible that the USB cable or even the USB connector of your PC could be faulty. But you'd mentioned that you could transfer picture related files with your current setup. It's strange that the USB cable or connector would be selective on file types. Well, there’s no harm trying a new USB setup. Good luck.
-
Since you did mentioned that you were able to facilitate ATRAC and Mp3 file transfer without any problems with other PCs, it is plausible to state that you may need to "overhaul" your current system. First, try a PC diagnostic test and if you can't discern any problem, I would suggest reinstalling WinXP. I am sorry I can't be of much help. Perhaps, someone else can offer some other alternatives.

I believe the reviewer meant to say SonicStage 3.2 as the latest version of SonicStage employed by Connect Music Service. Please note that the new "CONNECT" Player is not available yet.

--> I can't locate its user manual but here's VGP-MR100U's Specification Sheets. -
Your system specs seems ok. With this system, are you able to connect your PSP to the PC via USB and facilitate simple non music file transfer?

Welcome to ALC! I'm glad to have you on board, Stan! Thanks for a thorough review; the accompanying pictures really do justice to the HMP-A1. -
In that case, it appears that the root of the problem lies with the PC you employed. For starters, please state your system specs and we will try and help. *topic moved to "Software" section

Alternative PSP Headphones with remote control?
Ishiyoshi replied to therock003's question in PlayStation
I don't think there will ever be a converter plug so to speak nor a LCD remote for the PSP. -
Welcome to ALC! You can certainly copy Mp3s into the "x:\PSP\MUSIC" folder. However, with ATRAC files, you will need to use SonicStage 3.2 to facilitate the transfer. In addition, ensure your PSP have at least firmware 2.0 installed to utilize ATRAC3plus tunes.

Exclusive ATRACLife NW-A3000 + NW-A1000 Review
Ishiyoshi replied to Christopher's topic in Product Reviews/Pictorials
There are no clear answers but I suppose considering the price tag of the NW-A3000/1000, the inclusion of WMA support due this 4th quarter is just a natural move to offer consumers with a value-added product. -
I'm glad you had a chance to try out the device. Just to expand on language support, the NW-A3000/1000 will support the following languages: English, French, Germany, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Korean.

Alternative PSP Headphones with remote control?
Ishiyoshi replied to therock003's question in PlayStation
Sorry, the only remote that will work with the PSP is its official bundled PSP-120 or the optional black PSP-140B remote. This is because the PSP's remote socket requires a three-pin type plug whereas all other MD remotes employ a four-pin type plug. -
Exclusive ATRACLife NW-A3000 + NW-A1000 Review
Ishiyoshi replied to Christopher's topic in Product Reviews/Pictorials
Sorry, I don't believe the NW-A3000/1000 will support WMA lossless. It will support WMA (non DRM) CBR and VBR; and the support for WMA codec will be realized via a firmware update this December 2005. -
