Thanks. After reading all the recent news, it seems that i probably don't have SonicStage 3.0. (i don't know which version i have because i don't have my computer with me..) I will download SonicStage 3.0, and give it a shot. It sounded like you think new SS might fix the issue? (i searched the forum but didn't see any previous posts on the same problem) but I will let you know. thanks.

Is there a setting in SS to buffer between songs such that the transitions between songs are more layered instead of having such a abrupt transition. (this is very noticable in shuffle mode) For example, in iTune, the default setting is such that when one song almost ends, another song would start playing. This makes certain types of genre more enjoyable to listen to. Is there a setting in SS to do the same thing? thanks, minid
