no new rock here plz, but if you like that old time rock n roll check this out. I have the release of Nokings here, and I've already made one MD cover by altering the album and stuff and I just ordered a mass of discs. What I'm proposing is this, you send me a disc with whatever you want on it, and I will send you a Nokings album with album art. I live with these guys, they are pretty great to listen to. For a sample load nokingsmusic.com Its a local Austin Tx band, this will be their first and probably only release under that name, we burned the discs ourselves so we are our own unnamed label so there. I just have to get this out there, it is too good to not share. Just check with garyc, I sent him one.

I got mine from garyc a while ago, but I was out of town. I'd have to say I was pleasantly suprised with the disc! here's the track listing that he oh so nicely sent me! 1. Honky Tonk Woman (live ’71) – Ike & Tina Turner 6. Crazy Daisy’s House Of Dreams – Mama’s Boys 7. We’re A Winner (live) – Curtis Mayfield 8. Summertime – Joe Williams 9. Down In A Hole (unplugged) – Alice In Chains 10. Rock ‘n Soul Music – Country Joe & The Fish 11. What I Got – Sublime 12. When I Was Young – The Animals 13. Little Guitars – Van Halen 14. Fly Me To The Moon – Julie London 15. Twenty-Five Miles – Edwin Starr 16. Sittin’ On The Dock Of The Bay – Peggy Lee 17. Driftin’ – Canned Heat 18. I Could Have Lied – Red Hot Chili Peppers 19. I Can See Clearly Now – Holly Cole 20. Exploration – The Karminsky Experience Inc.

Excellent advice, I've cleaned out many a corroded contact with this exact same methodology

I find 'music and computer freaks' usually to be interesting people. 'tv freaks' are so... boring...

I dont know, I keep them on (and away from my tape storage!)

I would advise keeping that playlist open so you can divide up the one huge track that was recorded into the individual tracks. Then you get to label all the songs, if you want. A great deal at 15$ What exactly does the digital pc link say on it, any model #s?

First of all, it matters on what recorder you have. Second, it matters in what format you recorded in. What I have heard is possible is to TOC clone from another disc (that TOC would consist of one track spanning the entire disc, at the same format that you recorded it on.) Did the recorder lose power before the TOC was written? When my sharp dr7 worked I was super anal about power cycling it after every track (if I had time) just to constantly update the TOC. good luck, a lost recording is a super bummer.
