Mind you Apple just won a major court case saying that ipods don't have to pay the same tax. Which makes it really strange. I support anything that sends money directly to musicians, as most of the musicians I know are monumentally underpaid. But it seems to me that if ipod is the major distribution channel, they should be paying this tax as well. I don't know the details of the case. Maybe they said that the majority of content was coming from itunes, a service that already pays for content, and won it on that basis.... Ian Ferrier Montreal, Canada
