Same to me! I can not install the SS3.1. I don't know why. I've tried to install the software in another PC but the same erros. I think because I don't have Internet Connection so I can't install SS3.1. If it's true, the SS must be repare that installation way ! Because no every PC have Internet Connection to install SS
