Nope, it works fine with SonicStage 3.0 and 3.2 so the unit is fine! Why did I upgrade - well SonicStage 3.0 and 3.2 locked up on me too often BUT I think I know what the problem is and I'now using SonicStage 3.0 just fine. The solution: Be patient, I was loading SonicStage and then immediately it was onsscreen and had seemed to have finished loading the db and so on I started using it. Lock up . If you wait a few minutes (even tho' there is no hour glass) then it behaves!

Just loaded Sonic Stage 3.3 from the full download - not with the internet installer. It connot format in Hi-md mode - net md seems to be fine tho'- from the Device/Media Properties I select Hi-Md and then reply to the two are you sure you want to do this - formatting will rease the disk and I answer yes. The Mindidisk (NH600D) is active for about a second then stops but then all i get is the hour glass on screen and the Device/Media Properties box remains. The only way out is to use task manager and kill Sonic Stage - any advice?
