Just installed SS 3.1 on my new PC (MS Windows 2000 SP4, Intel P4 3ghz, 1 gig RAM). Didn't have any old flavor of SS on this PC before. Rebooted. Went through the setup to import my existing MP3 files. Selected the directory and subdirectories they're contained within. It looks like SS 3.1 imported the files in the initial directory and then immediately choked on the first subdirectory. This happened repeatedly. I eventually decided to choose to NOT IMPORT. Then I went in and manually imported each folder's contents. Whatta hassle, but it worked. I've skimmed the Software FAQ (not much love for SS 3.1, it seems...). Did searches in this forum.
