Sorry this is my first time in the forum. I bought this device las week and I still have its 15 warranty days from the store, so I want to make sure it is not a manufacturer problem. The hold switch is released.I have tried and still don´t work but it works good from the remote control. I´m suspecting it has a problem. I don´t know! If you can, please write mi back. I couldn´t rise yet the volume of may device from the unit - vol + button, but from the remote control only. Is it normal or it has something bad? It is a RH10. Thanks!
