HI - I own the MZ-M200 and yesterday we had a five hour recording session, so I used the AC power cord, but when I plugged it in, the battery icon was showing and by 415, the battery was flashing and unit stopped working. I had to recharge it. So, (excuse my stupidity) shouldn't I be able to use the AC power cord for situations like this where I want to have it sit and record for hours on end without worrying about my mini disc stopping? I called Sony Tech support and they want me to ship the unit to them to test. Has anyone ever sent a unit in, and have you had it replaced, returned to you? Thanks for any insight offered.
