deco
: Greetings from newbie, hope someone can help. I recently bought NW-HD5 but have not been able to fully install sonicstage 3.1 from the bundled cd-rom.The installation terminates at 81%,while installing the driver. There is no error message. The pc is a Packard Bell imedia 5064 running windows xp home with service pack 2.I have attempted to download version 3.2 from the sony digital link but this also fails at the same point. Is sonicstage incompatible with other audio software?
Guest Stuge
Do have windows media player 10 installted on ur computer if not pl install it from www.microsoft.com. Uninstall any other audio software which u have on ur computer.Remember to check the requirements to install sonic stage from pdf file .Tell us if problem presists.....Note:If windows media player 10 installed then i will still advise u to update it using microsoft site(as wmp 10 also has different versions) ={I also suggest that you install the software on a different computer and check} Edited November 8, 2005 by Stuge
