Ahaa, another fan of the grand Adderley B)

Man would I like you to send those tunes to me...

I've got the live at the Troubadour performance if you're interested, although probably not as well recorded as you most certainly have, as my parents played the record on a real fair amount of occasions, and I haven't upgraded or serviced my turntable as yet. But it still sounds terrific... great music

Let me see what I can do for a fellow member. Check your pm this week. :ok:

I saw a commercial for her music at some asnine time during the night..it sounded pretty seriene. I'm not sure if I could divulge in the entire album as I fear it may all sound the same after a couple of tracks. Her voice was really intoxicating, I will admit.

Amazing Ishii, that's what I'm listening to right now too!

I started listening to some Satie, and found out that didn't quite suit my mood this evening, and popped the Nocturnes MD in...

And Maria J. Pires is such a great pianist.

Update: now listening to something quite different: 12"/80s 3 volumes set on shuffle

She is brilliant indeed! In addition, her rendition of this particular Chopin set included all 21 Nocturnes, which is amazing. ;)

ok - soo - i copied Fergie's new CD (The Dutchess) from my piano student (13 yr old girl);; she said that most of the songs were "too slow"..

i took her advice; came home and "Remixed" it ;sped up most of the songs;; now, the CD "Rocks" *as i dance wit the cat*.

oh; i am listening to the Rayzray remix of "Fergaliscious".

late edit:: and yes; i put it on my two Hi-MD900s.

"Fall Out" by the Police (1979)at Hatfield College, England; from the Vh-1 Rock goes to College special that i put on DVD; soon to be trans to CD and Hi-MD. (in stereo).

they were sooooo young and raw and i like Sting's enthusiasm comparted to the lead guitar's.: drummer not bad.

if i understand your question right; yes,it's from the TV (Vh-1) specials they have benn having.

i have recorded The Police (79); The Pretenders with Friends = (Iggy Pop, Incubus, Shirley Manson from Garbage and Kings of Leon); Tom Petty; and just got AC/DC with original singer, Scott; (1977).

then i put them on a Pre-Master DVD; then on the PC to the new Master-DVD.

i am doing the AC/DC one right now;; from 1977;; and the lead guitar was a maniac then; he did a long guitar solo ON the balcony rail; i could see the looks on the crowds' faces as they wanted to PUSH him off the balcony!

6. Message in a Bottle 3:42
