bdevlin
I have been using SonicStage since the introduction of the NW-HD1 and have successfully transitioned from NW-HD1 to NW-HD3 to NW-HD5 with the relevant SonicStage upgrades along the way with no issuesOver the weekend I downloaded and installed SonicStage 3.3, with no apparent issues. The next day my laptop (Sony Vaio) crashed and would not reboot, so I had to reboot in safe mode and do a system restore from a a restore point just after the installation of SonicStage 3.3.Since then when I try to play a song of type OpenMG or OpenMG Audio I get the following messagesOpenMG AudioCannot Play back this track. Do you want to connect to the internet and download the license for the Track ?When I click Yes, it hangs for a few seconds and the following message appearsCannot load the rights information for the selected tracks. The file format may not be supported by SonicStage (0000010d)OpenMGThere is invalid rights management information in OpenMG Content. Error Code 000065f9I have reinstalled SonicStage 3.3 and still the issue persists. The big issue I have is that I have 14,500 songs which have are mainly OpenMG or OpenMG Audio and the CD's are on the otherside of the world. Any potential solutions to this problem would be gratefully appreciated. P.S. I do have a backup which I made a number of months ago in SonicStage 3.0..... could I restore my library from the backups and copy the remaining CD's ?
