Hi,

yesterday I got an offer for a Sony RH10 bought in Asia.

Can anybody tell me if asian language can be changed into western languages?

thx for any reply! ^_^

My MZRH10 is a U.S. product and it allows me to change the language to either French, Dutch, Italian or Spanish. There is no Asian language. So my advice, the Asian product may not support English language.

It is pretty well documented how to change the language from an Asian variant to English. At least I remember several people posting the instructions.

I was messing around with my European MZ RH10 when I first got it, and changed the language to an asian one accidentally - didn't mean to press ok.

Took me ages to get it back!!

On my RH10 there's a languages menu with...

English

French

German

Italian

Spanish

Then 3 asian language variations

So I guess you'll be fine.

I did hack mine with the service mode at the start though - gives you access to a full equalizer.

This is only necessary on European ones though.

Here's the link to the service mode to unlock European models.
