RH10: Accessing groups without the remote?

In another thread I read, that one can scroll through the groups of an MD with the MZ-RH10 without having to use the remote. I'd like to skip from group to group without the remote and without having to use the display. One can do that with the MZ-NH700 and its group button. After pressing it one can go from group to group with the forward or back function of the unit. Can one do something similar on the MZ-RH10?

So...you will be holding the unit in your hand and not looking at the display? I'm not sure how that works, but at any rate, to do this without looking:

1. Scroll the scroll bar.
2. Press << once
3. Scroll one click in either direction to get the previous or following group.
4. Press the scroll bar to enter the group.
5. Press it again. This should play the first track in the group.

Memorize the movements and you're set.
