kimb1 Posted January 9, 2006 Report Share Posted January 9, 2006 Hoping someone can help me with this problem as i am a bit frustrated I have ATRAC MP3 player NW-HD5, I have been using sonic stage 3.2 and had no problems, I downloaded 3.3 because I could not download copy protected CD's with 3.2 and read somewhere that SS 3.3 allowed the download of copy protected CDs, however since downloading 3.3 I have not been able to download any songs at all, the error msg received is...."sonicstage (00000452-9094)The connected ATRAC audio device cannot be used with the currently installed sonicStage. to use with the currently installed sonicstage, you must delete all the tracks in the ATRAC audio device or initialize the hard disk of the ATRAC audio device. (Error code: 000066a3)"P.S also if anyone can tell me how to download copy controlled CD's on to ATRAC device and whether SS supports this it would be greatly appreciated thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Stuge Posted January 10, 2006 Report Share Posted January 10, 2006 kimb1,Welcome To AtracLife,I `m not sure whther you can import Copy -protected Cds or not via Sonic Stage ver3.3...But you can try one thing You can import all your Songs in Mp3 via someother software then you can imoprt them to SSver3.3 then Convert them to Atrac..Also you will need to Format your hard drive in order to use it with SSver3,3 because you might have deleted or something wrong might have happened with the Copyright files stored in the NW-HD5 folder Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
