Hatebreed
Hey. Just wanted to let you guys know that for everyone that has an MD that runs on batteries, that their is a pretty decent alternative to those 26 dollar rechargeable battery's out there. For 16 bones Canadain (same price as US now) You get a charger and 4 rechargable double 'A' batteries. I find they last at least 6 hours in mine at a time..maybe a bit more..havent exactly timed it...but for 16 bucks and 4 batteries?? Cant really go wrong as far as i've found Just in case people were looking for an alternative to buying boxes of crappy low end batteries that die in a day or those 26 dollar rechargable sony's. I found for 16 bucks all my problems are solved Edited September 5, 2006 by Hatebreed
Syrius
I use only NiMH batteries on anything that takes AA's. Haven't bought a battery in four years. However, I am sure you can find them for even cheaper at Meijer or Fry's electronics, for those in the USA.

Sparda
Hmm i feel inclined to buy an inferior battery. But i suppose that could work in a pinch. Also they need to start making LIP-4WMs!!!!! Either they 1) provide a higher capacity lithium-ion battery ( i would buy it for $80 US) or 2) sell a battery with the same specs as the lip-4wm but half price. I mean seriously $50 for a battery .......

jaylen
Yep. At the bottom, in the small grey box, it says, "Store Pickup: Not Available."

jaylen
well that's just store pickup, meaning u can buy the item online but can't pick it up at the store. there are none inside of the bestbuy.Exactly. No store pickup means they ship it to you from their warehouse. It even says that's what they'll do in that little grey box if you look carefully."Shipping: Usually leaves our warehouse in 1 business day"
Sparda
can we go back on topic.... anyways i don't think people really need rechargeable AA's instead we need more and higher capacity rechargeable ni-mh gumsticks and li-ion gumsticks. one thing to mention a lower price on the li-ions would be nice. jaylen
anyways i don't think people really need rechargeable AA'sLots of people still need rechargeable AA batteries - lol 4 out of the 5 posters in this thread use them. The NH600, NH600D, NH700, NHF800, and some older MD units can't use NiMH gumsticks or the Li-ion, not to mention a lot of other electronics and household-ish items. Sparda
XD must be me, because i have nothing that uses rechareable AA's except for remote controls. For thoses i just use normal alkalines they last forever.
