Hi, I recently bought an NW-A1200 and loaded it up with music for the 1st time and all was well. However when I plugged it into my computer for the 2nd time to update it, having added music and put together playlists, it said on the screen to disable intelligent features, which I did . It then updated ok on the computer screen, listing all of the added tracks and playlists, but when i unplugged it from the computer it said that there were no tracks stored on it and to connect to a database. When I plugged it back into the computer it still registered as having all the songs stored on it. Has anyone else had this problem and knows how to solve it?
