nwa806 drivers?

I have possessed an 806 for about 6 weeks, and i have yet to load a note! I have tried sonicstage 4.3 on 3 different computers: 2 running xp and this one running vista hp. On each, SS was installed from cd, uninstalled then downloaded, and reinstalled from disc. On n o occasion has SS recognised my player! "device/media not connected". A search of vista finds no drivers for sony. HELP! I loved my nwa 3000 and i'm frustrated that i cant get the new model to work!

I would suggest to do a thorough uninstall emptying all temp folders, cleaning the registry and so forth. Then do a clean install.

I am currently running SS on Vista and XP and it's really works like a charm. I am almost certain that any problems you have are related to some old sin in your installation.

Thank you , i'll give that a try. However, can you reccommend a (preferably free) registry cleaner? I use vista hp, and the computer is only 2 weeks old.
