I've recently upgraded my old desktop to a laptop with Vista Home Premium software. I loaded Sonicstage on the laptop via the cd I had when I bought the RH1. I tried to install MD Simple Burner but it wasn't compatible with Vista. Is there a version of the MD Simple Burner that works with Vista?

I have just bought the MZ-RH1. I have recorded my favourite cds. I'm now interested in recording the audio of my favourite music DVDs. At present I have no pc (getting one soon), so I'm using the unit itself. I have a 'toslink optical cable to 3.5mm' which I've used to record CDs but when trying to record a DVD, I get a "No Digital Copy" error warning. I understand I can use 'analog to 3.5mm' to do the job. My questions are 1) Is there a way to do digital recordings from DVDs? 2) If yes, what is the quality difference between analog & digital recordings from DVDs? 3) If no, what is the quality of analog recordings of DVDs like? Any help/advice would be appreciated. Cheers
