I have a Sony Walkman NW-E003F. It is a 1GB mp3 player. I installed SonicStage 3.4 on my desktop PC which runs on WindowsXP Then I installed SonicStage3.4 on my new Dell laptop which runs on Windows Vista Home Basic Now when I try to open SonicStage on my LAPTOP it doesn’t work, but it will run on my desktop PC There is an error message: “Cannot start SonicStage because the database is being used by another program Or the database cannot be accessed for some other reason (Error Code: 00005e27)” Is it because Windows Vista cannot support SonicStage? Or is it because I installed the program in 2 computers so the database couldn’t be accessed on my laptop due to some clash? So what should I do now? I can think of three choices, but I don’t know if they will solve my problem. (1) Uninstall SonicStage 3.4 in my desktop PC – will this make the program accessible on my laptop? (2) Download SonicStage 4.3 which supports Vista (3) Format my mp3 player – will this help? Please reply asap! Thanks
