I was reading wikipedia today, and on there somebody has stated that using the Sony MZ-RH1 would be able to transfer legacy recordings to a computer. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hi-MD#Upload_...cy.27_MiniDiscs Here on minidisc.org, it says it's not possible: http://minidisc.org/hi-md_faq.html#_q102 I have hundreds of recordings that I made using mic and line inputs on older (non Hi-MD) recorders and I'd love to transfer them to my computer. Before I shell out any money on an MZ-RH1, is it possible? Has anybody done it? Would I need to clone discs so SonicStage thought they were recorded on the MZ-RH1?
