Any comparisons with other portable recorders : PCM-D50, Zoom H2/H4, Edirol R-09 . . . .? comments . . . .? . have owned MZ-1 & MZ-2P from the beginning . . . want to upload originally recorded MD to old Mac & new one forthcoming . . ..is using optical spdf via Fostex connector via Audiamedia III card installation best way to transfer original MD recordings from my rock band circa 1995 the way to go?? Your thoughts .. . Greatly appreciated since I realize I must move on, technology speaking . ... Greatly appreciated & Tanks . .. my friend & a former owner of MD recorders is strongly suggesting I purchase the Zoom H2-but I have always trusted Sony workmanship (my portables still work even if their marketing stinks!) and the Zoom-Edirol type units seem too much like toys & are too cheaply made . . .?
