Hello, Bit new to all this, but a seasoned MD user. Looking for larger Remotes for my portable MDs, or does anyone know how to build one. I am guessing that there is nothing in the little remotes other than switches and LCD info. A company called PASS in the UK used to make a Pass Big Button remote (with record) for Radio Journalists but the company is no longer around. Reason for wanting this is for a DJ type deck controlling up to 3 MDs, and i need to see what i am cueing up. What would be the Sony protocol for these little remotes. Suppose i could take one to bits and try to build a larger one, but some of you might have beaten me to it. I hope so.......... Kind Regards John **** update, after 3 hrs on this great site I now have all the info to build a test remote, very interesting. Now all i need is a larger LCD screen from pins 1 and 3. Any ideas out there ??
