Ruzareh

From what I've been able to find/research, the only differences between the RH710 and DH710 are that the DH710 has no remote plug in and, being a downloader, lacks line in/mic/optical jacks, right? If I'm primarily looking for a downloader anyhow as I can record on my (surprisingly) trusty N707 or RH1, is the DH710 a good one? Or am I better off waiting for one of the more expensive players to become available like the NH3D or the lovely, even if it isn't Hi MD, E10?
