I cannot use my Sonic Stage error 00004e2e. I have viewed some posts about this error in this forum but I don't think I have found a solution to my problem yet. When the SonicStage System Information Restore Tool runs, right after i click next at the first screen, there is a pop-up that says Authenticating... Then the window shows an error sign but there is no word that says anything. Like this... I hope someone can help me solve my problem. Thanks
