Just tried SS 4.3 with Windows 8 It runs OK but no NetMD drivers are installed - you need to disable driver signature enforcement: From the Metro Start Screen, open Settings (move your mouse to the top right corner of the screen and wait for the cham bar to appear, then click the Gear icon). Click ‘Change PC Settings’. Click ‘General’. Scroll down, and click ‘Restart now’ under ‘Advanced startup’. Wait a bit. Click ‘Troubleshoot’. Click ‘Advanced Options’ Click ‘Windows Startup Settings’ Click Restart. Choose disable driver signature enforcement by pressing the appropriate number When up and running, connect your Atrac Device. You may need the 64bit NetMD driver (Available on here)

Sonic Stage should be installed as is without Compatibilty mode Use Avrin's sonicstage ultimate edition download (available here or google it)
