hey guys, i got a nw-hd5 and installed ss 3.1 a couple of weeks ago.. first time i transferred songs it was fine.. second time i tried it just crashed? when i would press transfer files, it would just crash with a message.. Omgjbox.exe has encounted a problem.. etc.. i tried reinstalling it and same message again.. i tried searching these forums but couldn't find much.. anyone else have this problem? thanks!.. btw i got no sp installed =/..
