Yeah I think thats what happened, plus I found out I had the battery in the wrong way. I managed with small scissors to push up this clip that had fallen down and it worked again. I think I need to change the battery. Have to check if the recording function still works. Thanks for all your help.

I mean it was the 2nd time I used it and the disc went in the right way. I recorded and this worked fine, and then nothing. Yeah will see about going to a service centre. Thanks

Hi Just bought this player for xmas, and already its broken. The MD player was jammed and I couldnt eject anything when I eventually got it open, theres a clip pointing down I think the one that pushes back the metal bit on the MD. So when I insert a disc now it doesnt load, and its an effort to get it in. Does anyone know what I can do? Many Thanks
