Red Viper

I just replaced my old sony NWZ s615f mp3 player with a new NWZ E444 and while at first sight it seems to have the same interface i was very disappointed to find out that even though u can scroll down to artist and album titles in the display screen its pretty useless since u cant use em as links and jump to the album or artist folders as it was the case with my previous sony mp3 player!! Given the fact that the new one has a much bigger capacity makes the problem even more important!! Is there any soltuion to that?? Not to mention the really low sound volume!! Right now i wish my old mp3 player wasnt broken!!
