thanks for help so far but ive checked all that, I have no firewall just a router. I have no previous sonicstage installed anywhere. Can you download full install from anywhere as that might do the trick . it normall gets to install and addon then freezes?

hi I have nw a3000, cant find install disk for connect so tried to install sonicstage 4.2 but every time it just freezes up and I have to use task manager to close. im using win xp2, I closed down any spy or antivirus stuff first but still freezes up
