Wow... I was sure hoping someone could help with this, but it seems like no one can so far...Whats up with that??? Help Please!!!

I updated when it offered for the new 3D Blueray option .. Since then I have not been able to use it at all.. I unplugged it, let it sit over night with no power,sit overnight with it on..., restared several times , and nothing.. It is frozen on the agreement screen, and the remote, nor controller will not work in any manner nor will it play a DVD...Just sits there frozen up... Anybody help??? Thanks, Jim
