Thank you for the welcome. I made my own patch cables and they work fine with the other equipment. This TV gives limited choices on setup with no mention of a router. I installed a netgear theater router which found the other devices fine. I assume I have DHCP on but will verify. Called Sony and they went thru the same steps as me except they had me reboot the TV, that did not help. Hate to have a tech come out (under warranty at least) to tell me it is somehting simple. Kinda confused.
