Hi everyone, NW-E5 here that used years ago. I've got all the software installed and the drivers are installed and windows recognises that it's there. BUT - openMG jukebox will not see it - no errors, nothing. Just won't see it. I just wanted to wipe the songs off it and give it to my daughter really. Any ideas on what I can do to get it working? cheers Tris
