I am running 64, and I did find it at that directory, but it did not help.

I have the exact same problem, except "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sony Corporation\SonicStage\EMD\HomeURL" does not exist. I know where to look, and it is not there. Do you know of another way to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
