Ok... Some years have passed.... Sorry to bumping up an old thread but is there someone that can help me? Thanks anyway. EDIT: found it on ebay from a chinese seller. And what model is this Sony minidisc stereo? Where can I find it??

So today I've found out that the power adaptor for my dh10p is not working anymore. The model is AC-ES608K3 and it has the "europlug". I could buy one with the UK plug and insert a compatible euro plug or buy an universal adaptor. Anyway I've tried with the PSP ac adaptor and the minidisc works in the cradle without battery and charge too, although when I connect it the red charging light blinks for 2 seconds then remains steady red. The PSP one is 5v 2000mA while the minidisc one output is 6v 800mA. Could I damage something using the PSP one? Is it better to buy a compatible/original adaptor with the right volts values? Sorry for my english.
