Hello all, I have been looking for a service manual and documentation on the RS-232 control protocol for a Sony MDS-E12 deck. I have of course checked out the usual location for such information and found the RS-232 protocol information for the MDS-E11 deck. I've reached out to the Sony Parts and Accessories office (information provided in another thread in this forum) to find out the availability and pricing on these documents. Is this the most appropriate office to contact for service manuals and technical information? If not, does anyone know who would be appropriate? Thank you! Brad
