Hello Forum,
I have a Sony Vaio VGN-N31L that originally came with Windows Vista and now has a brand new hard drive without anything on it.
I would like to install Windows XP on it. Is that possible, and how? If it's not possible, can I install Windows 7 or 8 on it, or do I have to install Windows Vista?
I don't have any of the original disks that came with this machine and I do not have Windows Vista. I do have XP, 7, and 8.
The computer was originally purchased in Germany; however, I live in the US and would like to install an English system on it.
