THANK STUGE, I downloaded the new driver, and tryed installing it, it tells me the correct driver is allready installed and that i do not need to install it again, why cant my computer find the driver then??? I do have administration rights to my computer as well, The walkman doesnt come up even when i open the my cpmuter folder. thanks again

Can anyone please help me.. I have just bought the NW-E005 and loaded all the sonicstage software onto my PC but when I plug the player into the USB port it doesnt seem to recognise it. When I have gone into the Maintanence and System section on my PC and selected ‘Re-Install Driver’ I just get an error message which states’ A Service installation section in this INF is invalid’ Does anyone know what this means ?? I have tried removing all the software and re-installing it and it still doesn’t work… aargh, i use windows XP media edition Please help Al x
