Hi! I have exactly the same problem. The NW-E005 doesn't show up in windows explorer and sonic stage can't see it either. I run XP Pro and I am the administrator. I tried plugging the thing in every USB port on the PC but no cigar. The firmware upgrade program can't find it either. Which is the correct folder to install the driver files? Maybe doing this manually would help? Thanks!
